Annual members are eligible for a refund based on the remaining complete months. Once a month has commenced, it is considered “used” and not eligible for a refund (refer to the refund section).We do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions.

If you are an annual subscriber and your membership is terminated due to breached Terms of Service and/or Community Code of Conduct, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
