We do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions.
Refund Policy for Annual Subscriptions:
Effective June 12th, 2025, any annual subscriptions started on or after this date will no longer be eligible for any refunds.
Annual subscriptions started prior to June 12th, 2025 remain eligible for refunds based on the remaining full months of the subscription.
As our content is digital and immediately accessible, a month paid is considered “used” and not eligible for a refund.
If you’re an annual subscriber and your membership has been terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions and/or Community Code of Conduct, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
