Annual subscribers are eligible for a refund based on the remaining full months of their subscription.
As our content is digital and immediately accessible, a month paid is considered “used” and not eligible for a refund.
If you’re an annual subscriber and your membership has been terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions and/or Community Code of Conduct, you will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining subscription period.
