We can refund within 7 days of receipt for any unsuitable items, provided they are in their original condition.
Please be aware that all return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds and exchanges will only be given for items that are returned within 7 days of receipt of the order.
Once we have received and approved your return, your balance will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
We can only accept a returned item if it is in its original condition, it must not be damaged, worn, altered, washed, without its original tags, or removed from its original packaging.
Items that are returned as faulty or showing signs of damage that are not a result of a manufacturing fault will not be accepted.
CoinDrip has the discretion to reject or send back any returned items that do not meet the above criteria.
